Certain images have been altered by the administrator for internal training purposes. If you spot the ⚠️ icon in a section, it likely indicates that the image has been modified by the administrator.
With the Sylaps' Virtual Classroom feature, it helps you organize effective online lessons without worrying about time limits, allowing you to teach and learn comfortably. Besides, Sylaps' recording feature also saves the entire lesson content, so you and your students can review it at any time. We will briefly guide you on how to use the Virtual Classroom feature, helping you easily take advantage of learning and interaction support tools, providing a great and convenient online learning experience.
Instruction for meeting organizers
- In the dashboard, select New virtual classroom on the navigation bar
- Allow camera and microphone access
- ⚠️ Enter your name in the box
- Join the meeting
- ⚠️ You have successfully created a virtual classroom! The next step is to invite students to join the class. Select the invitation icon
- ⚠️ Enter your name in the box
- ⚠️ Join the meeting
- ⚠️ A safety guide dialog box appears, select Do not ask me this again and select Continue
- Refrain from sharing sensitive personal information such as your home address, phone number, or financial details during the meeting.
- We recommend keeping your camera turned off if you are in a public setting or if you prefer not to share your surroundings with other participants.
- While we employ robust security measures to safeguard our video conferencing platform, we cannot vouch for the integrity of all participants.
- Should you encounter any suspicious or inappropriate behavior, or if you have any concerns regarding your safety during the meeting, please report it immediately by email to support@sylaps.com.
- In the event of serious threats or illegal activity, do not hesitate to contact law enforcement authorities alongside notifying our support team.
